To book a babysitter through Bearsted Babes, please complete the form below.  If you cannot access the form or have particular requirements you wish to discuss, please ring and talk through your needs with Vicky.

You'll need to print one copy of the Registration form and two copies of the Full Terms & Conditions.  Complete them all and return the Registration form and one signed copy of the Conditions to Vicky; the other is for your own reference.
