The Agency operates as an introduction service between clients and sitters.  The Agency does not directly employ or in any way provide the services of the sitter.  Our aim is to provide the clients with the best suited sitter for their individual needs.

All sitters registered with the Agency have attended a personal interview and 2 references checked, which clients can see if preferred.  Clients must be aware the Agency can accept no responsibility for any loss, claims or damages resulting from an introduction made through the Agency.

All bookings must be made through the Agency.  Any direct contact between client and sitter will result in both parties being removed from the Agency.

Cancellations should be made within 24 hours, unless through extenuating circumstances.  Less than 24 hours notice will incur a one-off fee of £10.00.

The Agency fee is £7.00 which is due directly to the Agency upon receipt of an invoice sent to the client.  Every 5th sit booked the Agency fee is waived, however the sitter fee still applies.

Sitter fees are:

Monday - Thursday £7.00 per hour

Friday - Sunday £7.50 per hour

The minimum sit is 3 hours.  Even if your babysitter sits for less than this amount of time you are still required to pay for 3 hours.

Any areas more than 10 miles out of central Maidstone will be subject to babysitting fees being increased by £1.00 per hour.
